Can i treat dark circles under my eyes with fraxel laser?

i would use Halo under the eyes since it is a hybrid laser that both removes pigment and thickens the collagen under the eyes. 
I’ve also had great success with Platelet rich plasma in this area. It is important to see a doctor specializing in aesthetic Regenerative Medicine for this type of injection because the type of PRP used will determine how effective it is.
