How can I treat these white and red itchy bumps post dual Fraxel? (Photos)

I had dual Fraxel via the Thulium Laser. There were many things wrong with this overall experience. First of all, after the procedure I left the office without having any post treatment balm applied to my face. She told me to put it on that night, so my face was red and tight all day without moisturizer. The following two days I applied the gel balm to my face which I believe gave me the pimple-like bumps. It’s been a week and my face is still “pimply” and they itch. The bumps are red, not white.
