After a fibrous lipoma is removed is there a chance of contracting cancer? (Photos)

An initial attempt was made in doctors rooms to remove the Lipoma on the right but had to be halted once they realised that the Lipoma was attached to my ribs. Eventually both were surgically removed under general anaesthetic, the larger one on the left measuring 9cm x 5cm x 3cm. they were both benign.
