Will 40 days we enough time to recover from my BBL in time for my wedding?

I plan to get my bbl December 7 but I am getting married January 19. What can I do to help minimize swelling Or help the swelling go down faster? Or will I be swollen no matter what? Do you guys think I should postpone the BBL until after the wedding just to keep it on the safe side or is a-month about enough time? I want to make sure that I will be able to fit into my wedding dress and be comfortable enough to enjoy my party. I’m just worried I’ll have too much discomfort to have a good time.
