Can anyone please tell me what is the usual PT/INR count that I need to be at in order to proceed with the BBL/lipo surgery?

I have got all my blood tests back & everything is completely normal. Except for my PT/INR. It is at a 1.5 now. I know every doctor is different but i at least need to know a healthy range so that i can prepare myself to get where i need to be.
