I've had a hypertrophic scar from a liplift for three years now, and over time it has flattened and become pale. However, every morning it thickens and raises slightly until I drink some water. Does this indicate that the maturation process isn't complete yet? I'm considering CO2 laser treatment, but I'm unsure how to prevent it from raising every morning. Would injections be beneficial? Thank you for your advice.
