Scar Removal - which laser/treatment do you recommend? (Photo)

Received breast surgery 11 months ago. Underwent accutane treatment for acne *post* surgery and unsure whether or not it impacted my scarring/healing progression. What type of laser and/or treatment would best resolve this? Is this an internal or external issue? Please see photos for reference.
