Vbeam made my scars worse? How can I improve this? (Photos)

Question

I had a spine surgery 1.5yrs ago, and on January I decided to have laser treatment (i was not aware I should have done that after stitches came out).I had 2 sessions of Vbeam+fraxel and Im afraid Vbeam made my scars worse/more red!(my initial concern was redness rather than texture). Its been 2 months since my last session. Should I wait more?Is there a chance Vbeam can cause more permanent redness? What do you suggest I should do? (i attach photos pre/post laser treatments)

Our treatments use combination therapy to improve the epidermis and dermis.  We see atrophic and hypertrophic scars, as well as scars that have hypo and hyperpigmentation. Our main concern is rebuilding collagen and that is why we use a HIDEF protocol that includes combination therapy. Morpheus 8, scar subcision, fibrous release, fractional laser, CO2 laser, Thulium laser, PDL Vbeam laser, and fractional resurfacing can be used in addition to TCA Cross and chemical peels to further improve skin. Patients should start Melarase AM and Melarase PM for active hyperpigmentation. Always begin with a consultation to discuss the best treatment options for your type of skin. .

PIE or postinflammatory erythema (redness) is a common, potential consequence of inflammation resulting from any prior insult to the skin, including from so-called light and other energy-based treatments, like fraxel lasers and RF devices. The benefits of these expensive supposedly "next big thing" gizmos are unfortunately supported far more by marketing hype and a whole lot of unreliable social media buzz. Sorry. 
Professionally performed manual microneedling (no need for the added expense and risks of RF Microneedling), which I have been performing for 24 years has a solid track record for treating all kinds of superficial, surface texture issues and dyspigmentation, including PIE, especially when combined with the application of topical Rx redness reducing medications. Before risking time, money and frustration with the next expensive gizmo treatment, you would be wise to consult with an experienced, board certified cosmetic dermatologist.
