I was wondering if I should get a sliding genioplasty to be able to achieve balance with my side profile? But I was also wondering if I would need to get liposuction underneath my chin since the fat there seems to be stubborn and doesn't go away no matter how much weight I lose? And is it okay to do this procedure first before getting a rhinoplasty since I want to do that later on? I don't want to get a chin implant since I don't like the idea of plastic being inside my body.
