Hello 23f a little overweight currently I struggle making an accurate assessment of my chin. I know I have ptosis which I was going to address with botox (as with my dao + gummy smile) but do I need a reduction or implant, if so could either also address the ptosis alongside it, or if no chin augment needed, could the ptosis be fixed with just tissue/fat removal instead of botox? I have a longer face (mainly due to my midface) will shortening the chin help the facial aesthetics? Thank you

Providing that you do not have significant issues with the bite both genioplasty and chin augmentation with implant are good options. In person consultation with a board certified plastic surgeon expert in chin augmentation will help. Good luck.
