What is the best way to get rid of nodules that are resistant to hyaluronidase?

I've had hyaluronidase injections twice to try to get rid of nodules from lip filler. My lips look worse each time because the area around the nodules gets smaller but the nodules don't go away. (The filler is from 2 years ago.)

It appears to be filler migration. Although it's commonly believed that filler is metabolized and disappears over time, in reality, it can often migrate - even years after the initial injection. It can be dissolved, in good hands. Best of luck !
