I had a double masectomy in Oct 2014 with expanders. The edge of the expander rubbed the skin forming a sore, so the expanders were removed in Jan. 2015 & Implants were placed, saline at 480cc? The implants were defective & replaced in Oct. 2015 & Nov. 2016. Now, there's a physical difference & suspect a valve leak. The surgeon is more concerned with the micro thin skin. He plans to do mesh w/ silicone BUT if not, cut that section out & place smaller implants. Recommendations or concerns?
