I think these 250 cc mod plus implants are too big for my petite frame. They are far apart going beyond my rib cage and are placed low. The nipples are not centered but I was told that if implants were placed closer together the nipples would be more off is that so?. I wonder if the 200 moderate plus would be better for me or perhaps the xtra 215. Would the scar be lower if implant was smaller? I had hi profile 225 and that didn't work as,nipples were even more off and there was more rippling

Women who feel like implants are 'too big for their frame' often benefit from downsizing. Downsizing is most commonly addressed by changing the implant profile (changing from moderate plus to a lower profile implant). Changing the width, profile, and placement of the implant can all impact nipple position and overall breast aesthetics. Implants that feel like that are sitting too far apart are often described as feeling like they are 'in the armpits'. The perception of your implants sliding into your armpits, particularly when laying down, can be addressed by modifying the pocket around the implant. If the pocket around your implants is too large, the implant can move within this pocket, causing both bothersome sensations and position shifting of the implants. A common solution is to add support of the implants with a product called the internal bra.
