I had a reduction (500g per breast) & unfortunately got necrosis on my left nipple. I had a second op as it wasn't healing. I then wore a suction machine & after a couple more months, the wound finally closed. My scars are prominent including keloid scarring & bruising on the left breast. I am considering revision surgery to improve scarring. Is it risky to undergo this procedure considering I didn't heal well from the reduction? And Is it possible to dramatically improve scars with revision?
