Nostril refinement for asymmetric nostrils - can this correct unevenness?

I’ve had a lip lift to correct uneven lip line, which worked well. My nostrils are asymmetric, one being a bit higher than the other so when I smile one of my nostrils looks even higher then the other, which makes my face look uneven. Can this be corrected with this procedure? Thank you

The nostril can be corrected with alarplasty. Symmetry can be improved but to a limit. The alarplasty for wide nostrils is a bit different than the flare. Flare makes it more challenging as there is a mismatch between the upper cut being shorter and lower cut being longer. It has to be done by...

Yes, both can be done at the same time under local. It takes about 1.5hrs. The physical recovery is by next day since you are not put to sleep. Do some research to make sure you get to the surgeon who is comfortable in both of these procedures. Regards Dr. Janjua

I don't think you should do another alarplasty as you don't have much if any alar flaring and your nostrils are already pretty narrow. What you are more bothered by seems to be alar retraction, which is not something an alarplasty would address but would require a rhinoplasty of some sort.
