I'm unhappy with nostril flare on one side - what is the best option to fix this? (Photos)

I am a 22-year-old woman who had a rhinoplasty when she was 18 and he didn’t touch my nostrils bu after the surgery because he refined the tip of my nose it now makes my nostrils flare out and it just doesn’t look nice. But I’m truly only unhappy with the one side of my nostrils in the second and third photo because the nostril flares up and it has more height to it..Would you recommend I just get a reduction on the one side and just leave the other or do I even really need a reduction or do I need a type of incision that would help the nostril to not flare up and just lay more straight like the other one? Would you recommend I just get a reduction on the one side and just leave the other or do I even really need a reduction or do I need a type of incision that would help the nostril to not flare up and just lay more straight like the other one? The most important thing to me is my nostrils look natural, which is why I almost only want to do the one side just out of caution, but obviously I would do what would be best recommended
