would an reduction of 3 and 4 millimeters be sufficient or is it to mutch?, i marked how mutch 3 and 4 millimeters looks on my nosewings in one picture

Yes, both can be done at the same time under local. It takes about 1.5hrs. The physical recovery is by next day since you are not put to sleep. Do some research to make sure you get to the surgeon who is comfortable in both of these procedures. Regards Dr. Janjua

I don't think you should do another alarplasty as you don't have much if any alar flaring and your nostrils are already pretty narrow. What you are more bothered by seems to be alar retraction, which is not something an alarplasty would address but would require a rhinoplasty of some sort.

Yes, alarplasty will still help but it has to be conservatively done. You don't need any nasal sill excision which effects the nostril openings size. Alarplasty is a very fine and quick procedure that can narrow the nostrils and reduce the flare to soften the appearance. It has other names as...
