Is my nose too short or is my chin too long? What procedure would be most effective in achieving better facial harmony? (Photo)

I feel the distance between the tip of my nose and the tip of my chin is too long. Is a short nose rhinoplasty or chin reduction better to remedy this? I would prefer to do a single procedure due to budget. I am also open to any non-surgical options.
