Hi and thank you for your question. Looking at your photo, I agree you do not have a lot of fat to remove. For something non surgical and concentrated to that specific area I would recommend two rounds of CoolSculpting four weeks apart from each other. CoolSculpting will freeze and destroy the fat permanently with a process called Cyrolipolysis.
