I see the fat pocket that you are indicating and I understand why it bothers you. You have a great result, however that one small area is still holding you back.
Sometimes these contour irregularities happen after tummy tuck surgery, often simply because of the way the body heals.
Most often, the area can be treated with liposuction or Coolsculpting with a good result.

An out patient power assisted liposuction can easily remove that little pocket of fat above your abdominoplasty scar. Alternatively Kybella can be injected off label to reduce the fat. You can also try to reduce it with CoolSculpting using the petite applicator. My recommendation would be in that order: Lipo, Kybella CoolSculpting. Liposuction would be the most reliable.
