Unhappy about small fat pocket after abdominoplasty - how can I fix this? (photos)

I see the fat pocket that you are indicating and I understand why it bothers you. You have a great result, however that one small area is still holding you back.
Sometimes these contour irregularities happen after tummy tuck surgery, often simply because of the way the body heals.
Most often, the area can be treated with liposuction or Coolsculpting with a good result.

An out patient power assisted liposuction can easily remove that little pocket of fat above your abdominoplasty scar. Alternatively Kybella can be injected off label to reduce the fat. You can also try to reduce it with CoolSculpting using the petite applicator. My recommendation would be in that order: Lipo, Kybella CoolSculpting. Liposuction would be the most reliable.

That’s can be fixed easily with a quick liposuction . The fat is usually left on purpose near the lower abdomen as you need the vascular supply for the tummy tuck recovery and to prevent necrosis . Any time Six months or later after of the TT it can be removed

If the amount of fat you can pinch on both sides of your abdomen is slightly different, then a small liposuction can easily be performed under local anaesthesia and it should correct the issue. On the other hand if the amount of fat is the same, then it’s the natural anatomical differences on both sides of the abdomen and probably nothing should or could be done.
