BBL reduction via CoolSculpting?

Coolsculpting works by bringing bulges into a device that then freezes the fat that is present there to reduce the size of the bulge. The bulge needs to fit into the device and so certain areas won't work. For example the buttocks themselves would not fit into the device, however the shelf might. This is where a in person good consultation is helpful.
Liposuction works by a long thin cannula, almost like a straw, that passes back an forth through the tissue sucking out fat as it goes. It can go through the whole area of your buttocks to reduce the shelf and do the overall reduction.
From your description, the shelf may be reduced with Coolsculpting, as it is a defined area, but both the shelf and the overall reduction can be done with liposuction which is a better option for you.
