I want a BBL reduction. I gained weight and am pretty much comfortable at this size. I’m 180 and 5’4. Is coolsculpting an option? I have a shelf that I’d like to get rid of. I’d like an overall reduction. Since my weight gain this BBL has become HUGE. I’d like a reduction without surgery if possible.

You may get different opinions from different providers of coolsculpting. The measured area of pinchable fat determines the number of applicators and number of treatments for the best result. It is certainly not unusual to use two applicators to treat one flank area. But, it depends on your body...
