Non invasive alternative to achieve this type of look? (Photo)

I'm a 32 A.A with Caribbean roots. I have a small nose. I have no bridge when you palpatate it's mostly cartilage . I would like to know what are alternative towards achieving this type of look? I used A.I yet I still want to still look like myself instead of eurocentric. Should I reduce the alars,reduce the tip of the nose, fillers?
