Your concerns regarding tummy tuck versus liposuction are valid after having had 3 pregnancies. An interesting note about your photos is that the photo without flash shows some skin irregularities, which possibly represents some loss of elasticity. This would best be determined with examination by an American Board of Plastic Surgery board certified plastic surgeon. On the surface it appears that you would fair well with the lipo 360 alone for the abdomen. Keep in mind that it would NOT address your muscle laxity. Good luck!
