I had a breast reduction and lift 13 months ago. I went from an E to a A/B. The surgeon made me much smaller than I wanted. They also made my right breast smaller and the scar underneath comes up much higher than the left side. I’m not interested in implants but was wondering if I would be a candidate for natural breast augmentation (breast fat transfer).

Hi dear, I understand that dealing with your breast size and the physical and emotional issues you mention can be really difficult. If the size of your breasts is severely interfering with your health and well-being, both physically and emotionally, a breast reduction could be a great option...
Yes it appears you would benefit from a scar revision. It is best to wait at least a year from your last revision to allow the area to heal and mature. In the meantime you may consider other scar treatments such as lasers to improve the appearance of the scars.
Based on your photos you can anticipate improvement from a revision. The scars can be revised and the shape improved. I encourage you to use scar treatments as soon as approved by your surgeon. The key is to use them consistently.
