I have been so focused on buccal fat removal , but i'm nervous to get it done at 21. i don't mind the my rounder cheeks, it's the sagging & marionette lines that make my face look bottom-heavy that i hate. The other area that bugs me is the malar creases under my eyes/upper cheek ( I thought eye bags but after research it looks like it might be deterioration and malar fat pad sagging?) When i gently pull up at the upper cheek, it resolves the lower face sag. Have I been looking at the wrong area
