Will buccal fat removal help my lower face? (photos)

Hi, for as long as I can remember I’ve always hated my lower face. I have what I feel like is hamster cheeks. Would this surgery be beneficial for me ? Or if not any other suggestions on what I can do to make my face look more feminine and less chubby ! I’d love a jaw reduction also but unsure what exactly I need to get where I want. Thank you

Why such a specific amount? Are you saying you had this amount removed already? "5.5cc" is a pretty good amount. There is no way to know what excision of that amount will do because it depends on how much was there to start with and your anatomy otherwise. Need photos as well.
