Can I get Buccal Fat Pad Removal while being off Isotretinoin just for a month?

I've been taking isotretinoin pills for about 10 months.I started with 10mg,later 20mg,30mg ,40mg and then cut down to 30mg,20mg and 10mg.I've stopped taking it for a month now. If i had the surgery my healing could be really slow and i could be risking getting infected or scarred deeply?! I've heard that oral wound healing is generally faster and the incisions made inside the mouth are really small so i'm thinking of doing itCould i get infected due to slow healing?Afraid of the complications

Photographs would be useful to answer your question. where did you come up with 5.5 cc? Being that I designed the original Buccal fat procedure, I have considerable experience in this area. 5.5 cc is not unreasonable and the thinner your face is, the more dramatic the results will be.
