18F. I really want to get rid of my chubby round face. I’ve been insecure about it for so long and would like something that would give me more a triangular, chiseled look. Any suggestions? I’ve been insecure and depressed about my face/cheeks for too long. The first picture is of me then I have included pictures of the type of face look/structure I would want . Please what would be any recommended surgeries?

Thank you for your question and for including photos. It appears you might be a good candidate for buccal fat pad removal to slim down your lower face. I perform this procedure with local anesthesia and small incisions inside the mouth so there is no visible scarring afterward.
