Buccal Fat Removal or Facial liposuction? Or both? (Photos)

Hi. I’m 22 years old. I have always struggled with having chubby cheeks and a full lower face. I feel like I have fat around the chin, neck and I want to get rid of it but for me to still look natural. It makes me look a lot bigger and I feel so self conscious, especially because It’s my face. Im not sure which procedure to go for? Can I get some advice please.

Why such a specific amount? Are you saying you had this amount removed already? "5.5cc" is a pretty good amount. There is no way to know what excision of that amount will do because it depends on how much was there to start with and your anatomy otherwise. Need photos as well.
