I had a mole excised a 9 days ago between my shoulder blade and spine on my back. The stitches have been feeling fine and it has been healing well according to my first follow up. I'm now having some soreness in the area that I think is muscle but I'm not sure. A) Should it still be sore after a week and a half and B) does a mole excision go into the muscle tissue? Thank you!

It is recommended to let the spot heal without a band aid on it. If the biopsy results came back clear and no further work is necessary, the healing process may be slow-but nothing to worry about.
A combination of shave removal and V-Beam laser would be best to remove this mole without any scars and residual pigmentation. Please consult an expert in mole removals for the best cosmetic results. Best, Dr. Green
If you are concerned with the moles, the best option is to go to a Dermatologist to have them checked. Otherwise, Aloe Vera is not a known or recommended treatment for removing moles.
