Hello, As you see I've had a bit of acne, and I use to have a lot of zits that would be right on the mole. Ever since my acne problems, it seems like the mole got raised. I'm currently undergoing accutane treatment, and face seems to be clearing up. I would love to get this removed after my treatment and would love to hear a experienced opinion. Thanks!

If you are concerned with the moles, the best option is to go to a Dermatologist to have them checked. Otherwise, Aloe Vera is not a known or recommended treatment for removing moles.
Shave biopsy sites are typically left open to heal without sutures to close them. As such, it is not uncommon for these sites to drain for a few days following the biopsy. Although this area is red with a center spot that still appears open I do not see typical signs of infection around...
It is hard to say what that lesion is from the picture. My best guess is traumatized hair follicle that has collected some blood. I would recommend you see a doctor and get his or her opinion. Be Well.
