Is my necrosis healing normally after my lipo & tummy tuck procedure? (Photo)

c.ward27
I'm currently 4 weeks, 3 days PO. I have an area of Necrosis. The doctor said it didn't need debridement, instead he gave me Silver Sulfadiazine Cream. Before the Silver cream I was using Nitro-Bid. He said it will "heal itself". My doctor is 18 hours away so a quick office visit isn't the easiest task. Also, when I use flash on my camera it looks dark below it, could I be developing more necrosis? Or just a shadow? Or does that happen usually immediately? Any help would be great!!
