Tummy Tuck and/or Lipo doctor who will operate on plus size BMI? (Photo)

Thanks for your questions and photos. You bring up a very important point for all patients seeking extensive body contouring. The risks of a procedure rise with the extent of the procedure. Most plastic surgeons feel pretty comfortable operating on a patient with a BMI of 30, even with multiple procedures as you wish. Some will stretch to include a BMI up to to 35. But yours is 38.3. Asking for all of that is asking quite a lot. Even if your health is excellent, the potential of complications is pretty high. A possible solution is to stage your operations and accept the fact that you can get your goal, but it will take a while. I typically do lipo of the back and abdomen together, and in the appropriate patient, even add an abdominoplasty. But I question how good your result can get if we limit the liposuction and tummy tuck. My sincere suggestion is to work with a doctor who can help get your body to its best condition; consult with a nutritionist; try to rid yourself of the visceral (internal) fat that liposuction cannot touch. It's all about safety and realistic expectations.

Thanks for your question.  Most plastic surgeons will not perform a cosmetic body contouring procedure on someone with a BMI > 38.  There are many reason for this, but the first is for your safety and the second is because they want you to get the best results possible.  Cosmetic surgery does not work well as a weight loss procedure.  Best of luck.

photograph, you will be a great candidate for a tummy tuck with liposuction after some additional weight loss.  This can be done through a low and short
incision, all completely below the bikini line. 
The belly button can be designed to look natural and have no scars on
the exterior.   Your muscles can also be
plicated resulting in a flat abdomen. 
Make sure you specifically look at before and after pictures of
real patients who have had this surgery performed by your surgeon and evaluate
their results.  The most important aspect is to find a surgeon you are
comfortable with. I recommend that you seek consultation with a qualified
board-certified plastic surgeon who can evaluate you in person.

According to you stats your BMI is 38. We like to see that #  at 30 or less. Incidence of complications increases with weight. 30 lbs variation can influence the results of your previous surgeries. Recommend discussing your problem with an ASPS SURGEON to set up a workable game plan. 

Hello, Lets say, that you are of high BMI , 38, and do not want to lose weight or are unable to. But you are stable in weight and want to maintain . What can be done for you? If you are otherwise healthy and nonsmoker Abdominoplasty can be done with certain explanations. You will not be able to have muscle tightening , only skin flap removal and liposuction It will give you improvement. Liposuction can be done. If you are considering travelling overseas ,you should contact the doctor in person and plan it carefully .
