Hi, I'm wondering if there's a doctor in the US (will consider overseas) who will operate on me? I weigh 230 lbs & am 5'5. I had lipo done on my abs, legs, pubic area, flanks & chin in December of last year, but unfortunately the doctor didn't do a good job & I look the same. Now I want to get a tummy tuck along with lipo on my flanks, arms & chin but most doctors I've tried on this site will not operate on me b/c of my BMI. I've tried to lose 30 lbs but always put the weight back on.

My sincere suggestion is to work with a doctor who can help get your body to its best condition; consult with a nutritionist; try to rid yourself of the visceral (internal) fat that liposuction cannot touch. It's all about safety and realistic expectations.

Incidence of complications increases with weight. 30 lbs variation can influence the results of your previous surgeries. What can be done for you? If you are otherwise healthy and nonsmoker Abdominoplasty can be done with certain explanations. You will not be able to have muscle tightening , only skin flap removal and liposuction It will give you improvement. Liposuction can be done. If you are considering travelling overseas ,you should contact the doctor in person and plan it carefully .
