Overall medical health and suitability of the BBL are just as important as the BMI. BMI should be under 35 and closer to 30 for best results and minimization of complications. Your board certified plastic surgeon would need to review your health history to determine the risk factors that would impact healing and complications during and after surgery. Your blood pressure would have to be well controlled. Your cardiologist or internist would have to provide clearance with respect to your PVC to determine if you qualify for the BBL.
Dear Courageous84420,you will need to get a clearance from your doctor. If you are considering a surgery, I would suggest you to consult a board-certified plastic surgeon. Only after a thorough examination you will get more information and recommendations.Daniel Barrett, MDCertified, American Board of Plastic SurgeryMember, American Society of Plastic SurgeryMember, American Society of Aesthetic Plastic Surgery

Please talk to your cardiologist to get clearance for plastic surgery and then I suggest you book a consultation with a board certified plastic surgeon to discuss the best options for your goals. Hope this is helpful. Good luck :)
