There are many different shapes that can be obtained with a BBL. Some women want more fat transferred to the top shelf area of the butt, while some want more transferred to the sides to get more of an hour glass figure. It is always best to have an in person exam with a board-certified plastic surgeon who has performed hundreds of BBLs. You should select a surgeon who listens to you with your requested shape and not one who tells you they will determine where best to transfer your fat. From your pictures and description, you should be able to obtain the shape that you are looking for. 

Liposuction of those areas to make a significant improvement along with a more conservative fat transfer can be performed.

You should go over with your surgeon exactly what you want so that he can personalize the BBL to your specifications, as I always do for my patients.
