With this procedure id like to have fat taken from my back and stomach as much as possible...making and extreme indent /curve affect, id also like fat taken from my arms and legs.My butt is already nice and big with a middle peak to it....most people think it has had work done to it already.....it has not. Ive seen a lot of bbls where its more than obvious there was work done where the back just looks like the letter "b" a straight line down with a big bump. This is exactly NOT what i want.

There are many different shapes that can be obtained with a BBL. Some women want more fat transferred to the top shelf area of the butt, while some want more transferred to the sides to get more of an hour glass figure. It is always best to have an in person exam with a board-certified plastic surgeon who has performed hundreds of BBLs. You should select a surgeon who listens to you with your requested shape and not one who tells you they will determine where best to transfer your fat. From your pictures and description, you should be able to obtain the shape that you are looking for.
