I am 5"2 and weigh 154pounds. I would like to have lipo in my arms, back,waist and stomach. Not only do I want a bigger but but I would like to have hips too. I want to have the procedure done in MAY or June of 2017. Can anyone please recommend me to a good experienced Dr. that will do this for under 7,000! I am will to travel out of the country IF the Dr. is licensed in the U.S. Also, can some one pls tell me if I need to gain more weight to get what I'm asking for? :)
