How can prominent frontal eminences be fixed? (Photo)

Question

I have very slightly protruding frontal eminences (I think??) on my forehead, right below my hairline and they aren't super noticeable, but I can see them under harsh lighting and I feel like it makes my forehead look less feminine. I'm wondering how this can be fixed (surgically) and how much it generally costs to fix. Extra info: I've had them since I was little so I believe it is genetic.

You should obtain x-rays to determine the extent of these prominences and then have them drilled down. This is a simple procedure performed by elevating the scalp forward through an incision within your hair several centimeters behind your hairline, so no scar is noticed.

Treatment of frontal bumps-probably osteomas. These can be removed with the Irregular Trichophytic Forehead Incision ( with or without a Browlift ). No scar because hair grows thru the hairline.Xrays will be needed to be sure if the diagnosis. Go to work after 6 days without it being noticeable IF you see a very experienced surgeon who can show you closeups of the hairline with the hair pulled back

Frontal prominences or horns are common upper forehead bony prominences. They can be reduced by a bone burring technique done through a hairline incision. (you don't want to make the incision behind the hairline as you won't be able to turn the corner with the bone burring instrument...a straight line approach is needed) You don't need any preoperative x-rays as the amount of bone reduction of forehead horns stays within the outer cortical table of the frontal bone.
