Silicone implants feel more like natural breast tissue whereas saline implants tend to have more waviness and bounce more when jumping or running especially in those with small breasts.See a board certified plastic surgeon for best advice.
Thank you for your question. Silicone implants look and feel closer to breast tissue, but breast bounce truly relates more to your own breast tissue than the implant.
It is hard to say which of the two implants would be bouncier. Silicone implants look and feel more like natural breasts than silicone, if that is helpful to you. Best regards.Jaime Perez, MDPlastic Surgery Center of Tampa
I know of no "bounce" quotient measured as an aesthetic judgment for breast implants. However silicone gel implants, all other things being equal, aesthetically feel more normal than saline implants.
Silicone and saline implants will bounce about the same, but silicone feels more natural. Your breasts are doing the bouncing, and the implants just make them bigger. Placing the implants just behind the breast will give more bounce than those placed behind the muscle.
There is no question silicone is the way to go.I don't know which one will give you more bounce but all things being equal silicone is the best.
I think this will more likely be determined by the size of the implant and where it is placed, not so much whether it's silicone or saline. If you have adequate breast tissue and want a mod-large (but not extra-large) augmentation, a subglandular implant may achieve your goals. I hope this is helpful - good luck!
It really depends on your breast tissue. The more you have the more they will "bounce"! Saline are usaually put in back of muscle so they will usually bounce less.
Silicone breast implants feel more natural than saline implants. However, the breast bounce is influenced by the laxity of your breast skin, not the type of implant used for your breast augmentation. Thank you for sharing your question. Best wishes.
Thank you for your question. I think "bounce" has more to do with the type of breast tissue that you have versa the type of implants. Silicone is going to move and feel more natural in most patients. Hope this helps!
Mean as HgB above 10 can easily tolerate a procedure. Still, its best for you to find out what is wrong as to why you are anemic and fix that before having elective surgery if you are truly 'too anemic' to have surgery.
Enhanced warranty or insurance is a good idea, especially when you need it and your don't have it. You have spent a lot of money for your implants, and this is additional peace of mind.
Sometimes you can put a patient on a medication to prevent capsules you can talk to your doctor about this. Hope this helps.
Some medications are necessary to perform the surgery successfully. Most surgeons do give antibiotics through your IV right before surgery and prescribe home antibiotics for a few days after. Pain medication use can vary from person to person. Some patients can control the pain with just...
At only 11 days post surgery, your implants will feel very firm and will not move at all. This is totally normal. You should notice your implants becoming softer within the next several weeks. By six weeks post surgery they will look much better and begin to move a little. The implants will...
Hi, thanks for your question on which implant size would be best for you. Right now it sounds like you’re considering 400cc and 425cc. Since there is no way to say definitively over the internet which size would be optimal for you, take comfort in the fact that the surgeon uses your unique m...
