ArizonaG.  Sorry you are having these issues, but it is difficult to say judging from your photographs if this is residual swelling or a fluid collection. Ask your Plastic Surgeon  to refer you for ultrasound study to properly evaluate the situation. Good luck.

At 11 months after a tummy tuck it is unlikely for this to happy you should have already be healed. I recommend you follow up with your PS to discuss  your concerns.
