How bad is my filler mustache and would you say it looks unnatural? I had fillers done 3 times in total, each time 0.5 ml with 6 months and then a year in between. I never had small lips to begin with so I thought that with conservative amounts the issue of migration wouldn't come up. Is this due to poor injection technique? Is it possible to fix this in one appointment and make it look decent? I have an event coming up soon, so no time to dissolve everything and start anew at the moment.

From the photo, it looks like you are having a viral breakout such as fever blisters or cold sores coming or even a subclinical breakout. Prednisone and an antiviral pill and a cortisone cream will help a lot. I doubt it is related to the filler at this long time later.
Exfoliative cheilitis is rarely reported but appears to affect both sexes equally and mainly affects young adults less than 30 years of age. It may be related to your previous filler injection.
