My breast implants are too big. Is it possible to remove 700cc implants and go at least 50% smaller with a lift? (Photo)

The technique I recommend is explantation and lift using The Bellesoma Method. The implants are removed, your breast tissue is reshaped creating upper pole fullness, elevated higher on the chest wall and more medial to increase your cleavage. Vertical scars are avoided, nipple sensation (in 95%) and the ability to breast feed are maintained if not injured during your previous surgery. Later, fat transfers can be performed if additional volume is desired.

A 500 cc implant is still a large and heavy implant. This size and 500 cc's will be too large and heavy for your tissue and frame. Yes, go smaller and have a lift to removed excess stretched skin. You may need mesh for better support as well.

Reducing implant size should not be all that difficult. It may require that the skin of your breast be reduced, which should not be all that difficult either. I suggest having a few in person consultations with local board-certified plastic surgeons, who seem to have a lot of breast surgery experience.
