Two months after an open rhinoplasty, I did a small line of cocaine at a party. I do not have an issue with drug use. I am just wondering the possible consequences of this. It was one small line and it is never going to happen again. I do not want to go to my doctor unless the chances of this one line ruining my healing process are serious.

Pregnancy should have no effect on your rhinoplasty outcome. If you have certain times of year when your allergies are not as bad, I would recommend trying to get your surgery then so as not to add to the congestion you experience in the post-op period.
