Minimal Cocaine use after a rhinoplasty. Is there a possible consequences of this?

Since cocaine is a vasoconstrictor it can severely damage your nose, especially after rhinoplasty.  The lining of the nose is quite fragile and inhaled substances such as cocaine can permanently damage the nose including creating a septal perforation and collapse your nose.  In my practice, we recommend patients are off cocaine for a period of 1 year prior to proceeding. 

Snorting cocaine can be very damaging to a nose even when no rhinoplasty has been performed. Thus, the risks of doing it two months after rhinoplasty are very high. While no serious damage might have occurred, it is still very advisable to consult your surgeon and make sure everything is okay. Oftentimes, cocaine use can lead to septal perforation. Do not wait to see your surgeon about this.

Most likey no harm was done if you did cocaine only ONCE.  Do not do this again.  Cocaine is a vasoconstrictive agent and can cause permanent damage to the lining of nose and septum.  This can lead to a septal perforation.  If a septoplasty was done you may be in even greater risk of having problems if you habit continues.  

Your question shows you did not consider the dangers of effect on your body and nose. So there is NO way to examine the nose via the internet. This YOU need to be seen by your surgeon... 

yes, there are serious complications of using cocaine after rhinoplasty, the most serious of which is septal perforation.  That means air communicated between the 2 sides of your nose, and usually creates a whistle sound when you inhale. due the hole that develops in your septum after repeated cocaine use
