How to speed up filler in nose bridge disappearing faster without using injectable dissolvant?

My doctor injected Neuramis deep into my nose bridge 9 months ago but some of it is still there and looks terrible to the point that multiple people have remarked upon it. What can I do about it without risking fat/tissue atrophy by using a dissolvant injectable?
