I’m a 32 year-old male and I’ve always felt like my nose is just a shapeless blob on my face with no definition to it. The main thing I’d want is a more straight, defined bridge to give my nose a more masculine shape. I’d also like the wings narrowed and the tip reduced to not look upturned. My friend took a photo of me and the bar lighting actually gave me something similar to what I’d want, if my nose could look like that with narrower wings I’d be happy. Is it achievable with rhinoplasty?

There are several options for you that can be determined after examination. A rhinoplasty in my opinion is one of the most difficult procedures to perform. In my practice, I utilize piezosurgery. Piezosurgery is a more gentle technique that allows for greater precision. Less bruising and swelling is common with Piezosurgery.
