There are several options for you that can be determined after examination. A rhinoplasty in my opinion is one of the most difficult procedures to perform. In my practice, I utilize piezosurgery. Piezosurgery is a more gentle technique that allows for greater precision. Less bruising and swelling is common with Piezosurgery. In my professional opinion, it seems you have a thick skin envelope which is a limitation in rhinoplasty and requires some preparations before surgery such as fractional CO2 laser treatment. Furthermore, you can benefit from closed atraumatic rhinoplasty which fat tissue removal can give you a more defined nose tip along with wing surgery to bring your nose in from the front. However, you need to set realistic expectations for the nose reduction as doctor can reduce as much as your nose tissues allow. Moreover, as i can see you also have a weak chin, so augmentation in your weak chin can significantly improve your side chain and harmonize your side profile.

Narrowing your nose base and the wings of your nose, reducing the projection, and reducing some cartilage from the tip to give your nose more definition will achieve a masculine and natural result. Yes, we can augment the dorsum (top) of your nose to make it stronger and more masculine - more similar to the photograph you like. From your photos, I note that the nasion is straight and midline, the nasal bridge is of appropriate height, there is no tip droop, there is a broad nasal base, a rounded amorphous nasal tip, and thickened skin. There also appears to be retrusion of the chin.
A rhinoplasty will narrow the nasal bridge and define the nasal tip.
The presence of thickened skin will limit the amount of improvement obtainable, but most patients appreciate the improvement.
Retrusion of the chin may draw attention to a patient's nose. If your dental occlusion if normal, you may wish to consider a chin implant. If there is dental or mandibular misalignment, it should be addressed as well.
