Thank you for your question.  It is always wise to speak with your surgeon about anticipated travel and activity plans so that they can best advise you on any restrictions following surgery.  Assuming your surgery goes well, without complications or side effects, the drive for your vacation should not be an issue.  At a month, you will feel much better and should be able to attend your LV visit.  The greatest concern is with your 2 year old at home.   For the first 4-6 weeks it would be advisable to have help in lifting or carrying your child so as to not inadvertently cause your implants to shift. The answer depends on the style of surgery. If the implants are under the muscle, the beach trip is not going to be much fun. The Vegas trip a month later will be fine. You need help with the baby for 7-14 days.
