What Exactly is "Tacking" of a Breast?

I had a breast augmentation done and the day after my surgery I bottomed out on my left side, I guess from over dissection. The surgeon is going to fix it for me but he said he was going to "tack" the left side. What is this? All it says on my paper work is "left breast tacking". Also will this fix my problem and what is the usual recovery time for this?

The ideal solution to your problem would be to perform a lift and reduce the size of the implants. This may need to be done in stages. You would be a good case to deflate the implants with a needle and allow the skin to retract. Then you can start from square one and get the proper operation done.

Rippling iof #saline implant is unlikely a serious issue. If you are very thin or lean, any type of #implant can display some #wrinkling.  However, #positioning under the muscle may help.  Silicone implants do better than saline in this case.
