My cheeks droop down, which prevents me from having a heart-shaped face. I don't want to get buccal fat removal because when I age I know that my face will end up looking older. I am skinny, so I don't want to lose weight either. The left photo is how I look, and the right picture is how I would like my facial structure to be. In the right picture I have basically lifted/slimmed my cheeks and very slightly lengthened my chin. Also, this is not an issue that botox in my masseters could fix.
