The fatty deposits in the neck are usually located above and below the platysma muscle. Liposuction can remove the fatty deposits above the platysma muscle, while  a surgical neck lift is required to remote fat underneath the platysma muscle, which also includes a platysma-plasty. The platysma plasty will significantly improve the jawline  just like  in the morphed photo. Placement of a chin implant can help augment the chin in three dimensions, forward projection, lateral width, and vertical height. Implants are composed of solid silicone which can be custom carved to match patients unique anatomy.

You have morphed changes that are consistent with a widening jaw angle and largely vertical chin lengthening effects. Such changes are best done with a custom jawline implant in which the exact designs that can best achieve those effects are designed before surgery and put together as together as a one piece implant..

It is quite common for some of us to define the jawline by considering the 3 components of the jawline. Augmentation along the jawline from the chin to the 'angle' does create the image your project. (see website). An intraoral procedure, it is very effective and well received. There is no need to spend funds on special CT scans etc since it is readily customized at surgery.
