You appear to have a gap between the implants so this is not synmastia. With time though the tissue may stretch and the gap become less apparent.

Thank you for the photos.  It appears that you have skin attached in the center of your chest.  Not much but some.  There is not an appearance of one breast

Thank you for your message. You do  not have symmastia at this time, however the tissues may stretch over time and they may get closer as time goes by. Agree that by wearing a thong bra rather than a pushup may help prevent this.

Thank your for your question and photos.

It does not appear that you have symmastia.  The implants are very close together, but do not appear to join, or lift your tissue off the sternum.  I wound wear a bra that separates your breasts and definitely not a sports bra that pushes them together.  I do not believe that any further surgery is necessary at this time.

You do not have synmastia and you may never develop this condition.   It appears that you have a very tight cleavage.  If the implant migrate more towards the midline then that would be a problem.

You do not appear to have symmasita. It seems that you have a very tight cleavage. Both implants do appear to be in their respective pockets without crossing the midline. They look very good to me in your photos. 

i dont think you have synmastia as there is a clear gap, although small, between your breasts. you have gotten this shape as you have chosen largish size implants for your frame which you would have been advised on at your preoperative consultation.

You have a very early case of symmastia.  If you wear the standard push up bra as in the white bra you are wearing over time the slight pressure will cause the thin tissue in the cleavage area to lift up.  I would recommend you used the Thong Bra or equivalent to prevent this.  You should wear the thong bra for about three months.  You went to the max width of your frame and can be at risk of symmastia if you are not careful with the choice of bra.  Dr. Chu

Thank you for the question and the photos.  It does not appear that you formally have symmastia.  Your breast implants are obviously very close to each other but they do seem to be occupying separate spaces and are not raising the tissue off of the sternum.  I think that surgery will not be needed.  Time alone may help to increase then distance between your breasts.
