I'm also getting breast lift consult with my surgeon who did my lower body lift. Said it be better to get the breast lift and bra rolls gone at the same time? I want a bit more of a smaller waist also. I just feel I'm 39 my back shouldnt look this bad. What should I ask for at my Breast lift consult for my back?
Answer: Upper Body Lift Options For You - Horizontal or Vertical Torsoplasty Thank you for your question regarding what to do for upper body after a previous lower body lift. In regards to your back, you need a torsoplasty. There are two types of torsoplasties: horizontal and vertical. A horizontal torsoplasty is also called a bra-strap lift or bra-plasty. During a horizontal torsoplasty, an incision is made across your back in your bra-strap line. This gives the best type of back lift and back reduction for your case. The downside, however, is that there is a scar that goes across your back. The incision may be quite visible if not covered or concealed by appropriate clothing. The benefit is a substantial improvement of the back with elimination of back skin and fat rolls. An alternative is a vertical torsoplasty with an incision from the armpit to down the side of your chest. The advantage of this vertical torsoplasty is that the incision is hidden when your arms are by your side. The disadvantage is that the lift is not as significant as the horizontal torsoplasty. Either way, both of these procedures can be combined with a breast lift or mastopexy. During the procedure, the back is done first and then the breast. Please seek an experienced board-certified plastic surgeon who has performed many back-lifts or torsoplasties. Sincerely, Dr. Katzen. Answer: Body lift - adding procedures I deal with most issues like this with aggressive liposuction and heating of the tissue with InMode to get focal tightening. You'll likely need to be flipped over during surgery so in our practice, we charge appropriately as this definitely adds time and requires expertise to get it done efficiently and safely. Any additional body contouring, such as lipo 360 can really give the body amazing contours after prior procedures like a bodylift. Best Wishes!!

Answer: Considering options It's difficult to tell from the photo if a back lift is needed. You may be a better candidate for liposuction with J Plasma for tightening. An exam with a board certified plastic surgeon should lead you in the right direction.

Answer: Body lift Dear sbs1983australia, it is hard to tell for sure without an examination. If you are considering surgery, I would suggest you consult a board-certified plastic surgeon. Only after a thorough examination, you will get more information and recommendations. Answer: Upper body lift Good afternoon, You should definitely consult with your plastic surgeon to discussion the optimal treatment option. We can definitely combine an upper body lift with a breast lift but it does produce a scar along the back. This is something to discuss with your plastic surgeon. Best of luck!
